Terms and Conditions for Tutors

1. Registration and Membership Policy

1.1 Registration Fee and Validity

• A refundable registration fee ranging from Rs. 500/- to Rs. 1000/- is applicable and valid for one year from the date of registration.
• The registration fee is subject to change at the company's discretion, with prior notice provided through official communication channels.

1.2 Membership Tiers

• SILVER Membership (Rs. 500):
  • Multiple tuitions allowed.
  • Salary: Rs. 1500 to Rs. 2500 per tuition.
  • Advantage: Secures at least one confirmed tuition. Success often relies on prompt demos and showcasing skills during demo classes.
• PLATINUM Membership (Rs. 1000):
  • Multiple tuitions allowed.
  • Salary: Rs. 3000 and above per tuition.

2. Enrollment Requirements

To register, tutors must submit the following:

• Two passport-size photographs.
• Address proof (Driving License, Aadhar, or Voter's ID card).
• Secondary and Senior Secondary marksheets.
• The latest obtained degree along with the respective marksheet.
• Tutors must declare the authenticity of all submitted documents. Providing false information or forged documents will lead to immediate disqualification and legal action under applicable laws.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Eligibility:

Refunds will be granted if the company cannot provide tuitions in the tutor's registered area.

Ineligibility:

• Refunds will not be provided if the tutor fails to apply for assignments, is unavailable, or shifts location.
• Communication with guardians, conducting demos, or visiting assignments has taken place.
• The tutor declines tuition due to personal reasons.

Process:

Requests must include the original receipt and can be made after 45 working days from the registration date. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 working days via account transfer.

4. Service Charges

• 80% deduction from the first month's salary as a service charge.
• Payment options: Two installments (50% + 50%) = 100%.
• Short-term assignments (1-3 months duration): Service charges range from 25% to 50%.
• Tuition fees collected by the center until the service charge is cleared.

5. Communication and Updates

• Tutors must inform the company about demo timings and schedules before going for the demo.
• Failure to provide timely updates regarding tuition progress will result in profile suspension.
• Tutors must use only official communication channels such as WhatsApp or email for updates.

6. Payment Recovery Responsibility

• The company acts solely as a facilitator and is not liable for any payment disputes between tutors and guardians.
• Tutors must independently resolve payment issues. The company will provide limited guidance, such as contacting the guardian on behalf of the tutor or advising legal steps.

7. Penalty Policy

Penalties will apply in the following cases:

• Breaking Assignments: If a tutor breaks tuition after the first demo without valid justification.
• Payment Delays: Tutors failing to deposit payments received from guardians will incur a penalty of Rs. 100 per day for up to 15 days. After 15 days, legal action will be taken.

8. Leave and Work Policy

• Tutors must arrange alternate slots for leaves, including Sundays, to ensure service continuity.
• Repeated unapproved leaves or failure to fulfill assignments may result in registration termination.

9. Safety Measures for Tutors

• Tutors must take necessary precautions to ensure their safety during tuition visits.
• The company is not liable for untoward incidents but encourages tutors to report safety concerns promptly.

10. Data Usage and Privacy

• All data collected during registration will be used strictly for operational purposes in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000.
• Any misuse of data will result in immediate termination and legal action.

11. Legal Consequences of Fraud

• Tutors agree not to provide direct tuition services to any client introduced by the company. Violation will result in immediate profile suspension and legal action.
• Fraudulent activities will result in the offender's profile being posted publicly on social media.
• Legal proceedings will be initiated against offenders.
• All tuitions obtained through fraudulent means must be discontinued.
• All legal disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Patna.

12. Certificates of Appreciation and Experience

• Tutors who complete one year of service with loyalty and dedication are eligible for Certificates of Appreciation and Experience.
• These certificates may include additional rewards, such as discounts or priority assignments, for exceptional service.

13. Refund Eligibility and Profile Suspension

• Tutors must confirm the location, timing, and fees before accepting assignments.
• Declining tuition after receiving details will:
  • Negatively impact the tutor’s profile.
  • Terminate refund eligibility.
  • Delay future tuition opportunities.
• Failure to provide timely updates after assignments will result in profile suspension.

14. Miscellaneous

• The company will not be liable for non-performance or delays caused by unforeseen events such as natural disasters, government actions, or pandemics.
• Amendments to terms will be communicated to tutors, and continued engagement implies acceptance of such changes.

Note: The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notification, in compliance with applicable Indian laws and regulations.
